陈灿林（1936年1月31日—2012年8月6日），己故香港足球运动员，在职业生涯时司职左后卫，凭借其硕朗、勇悍及优秀脚法而驰名球坛。陈灿林于1960年代效力于香港甲组足球联赛足球队愉园及元朗等，亦为香港足球代表队队员。
2012年8月6日，陈灿林与世长辞，享年76岁。同年8月31日下午5时至晚上11时，后人为其于北角香港殡仪馆设灵，安息礼拜于晚上8时正开始，于翌日9月1日上午11时出殡，遗体安葬于柴湾华人永远坟场[1][2]。
