陈昭瑛（1957年-，台湾嘉义人），台湾大学中文系毕业，台湾大学哲学系硕士、外文系博士。国立台湾大学中国文学系教授，专长为专长为儒学、文学理论、台湾文学、美学、马克思主义。[1]著有小说《江山有待》、文学选集《台湾诗选注》、学术著作《儒家美学与经典诠释》等。
