邱达强（英语：Chiu Tat Jung Daniel[1]，1962年—），生于香港，是香港石油工业家。在香港创办香港哈罗公学。
家庭
邱达强于1962年生于香港，生于商业世家，该家族祖籍浙江宁波鄞县。生父戏院大王邱德根，系家中第五子，也是马来西亚实业家邱达昌之弟[2]。
商业
1984年获委任远东发展集团董事，后转任非执行董事[2]。2010年6月，退任远东发展有限公司非执行董事[3]。持有富地石油（Fortune Oil PLC），是香港主要石油企业之一，并在英国伦敦上市[4]。2012年1月13日购入中国燃气主要股东China Gas Group Ltd股权，从而持有中燃13.06%股权 [5]。2012年6月在香港创办哈罗香港国际学校（Harrow International School Hong Kong），是首次英国贵族私校引入香港国际学校教育[6]。
据彭博商业社，其又为约克角投资集团拥有人、Gorich Holdings Ltd持有人、Fortune Max Holdings Ltd董事、及富地石油副主席[1]
