生平
赵瑞是成化十三年（1477年）应天府乡试举人，授抚州同知，在宽松与严谨见间处理得体，让官吏人民畏服，曾在巡行时在县内遇上二人打架，旁边一名妇人在骂：“你杀了我的父亲，今天还想杀我的丈夫！”他听到后派人搜索，果然寻到尸体，其时已相隔十八年，后任满考绩以彰德知府致仕，品行得县人推崇，八十五岁去世，有《静庵集》两卷流传[1]。
