工兵（越南语：Công binh）是越南共和国军队的一个部门，直属于于后勤总局的行政系统，在总参谋部的统筹指挥下。工兵在军队中的职能包括：战斗、建造、支援和创作。最初被称为”工兵署“（越南语：Nha Công binh），后来改名为工兵局（越南语：Cục Công binh）。工兵部门存在于1951年至1975年4月。

顺应军队的需要，越南共和国军工兵成立于1951年9月。截至1952年8月，4个军区共有6个支援工兵连。
