豆沙包,也称作豆茸包,是以豆沙为馅料,放入用发酵过的面粉团做成的皮内,在蒸笼里蒸成。为起源于北京、天津的中式包子。做法是发酵好的面团取一个剂子,擀成簿圆形,将豆沙馅放上去,然后包成包子形状,在蒸笼里蒸约十五分钟即成。[1]
