兰迪·赫尔特格伦（英语：Randall Mark "Randy" Hultgren；1966年3月1日—）是美国的一位政治人物[1]。自2011年开始，他是伊利诺伊州第14选举区选出的联邦众议员。他的党籍是共和党。在此之前，赫尔特格伦曾经担任伊利诺伊州议会的议员。
