苏格兰县（英语：Scotland County）是美国北卡罗莱纳州南部的一个县，西南邻南卡罗莱纳州。面积830平方公里。根据美国2000年人口普查，共有人口35,998人。县治劳林堡 (Laurinburg)。
成立于1899年2月20日，县名来自苏格兰。
