简献皇后萧氏（？—？），名月里朵。辽玄祖耶律匀德实妻。
萧氏事迹不详，只知她生四子：儿子耶律麻鲁、蜀国王耶律岩木、隋国王耶律释鲁及辽德祖耶律撒剌的。重熙二十一年（1052年），辽兴宗追上谥号为简献皇后[1]。
