菜尾汤,又名杂菜汤或什菜汤,是一种流行于台湾的菜肴。该菜肴原为昔日农业社会办桌后将剩馀菜肴混杂加热而成的食物。[1]该菜肴昔日皆带有发酵气味,但今日多以酸菜作调味替代品。该菜肴盛行于台中等地区。[2][3]
