英国国防副参谋长（英语：Vice-Chief of the Defence Staff，缩写VCDS）是英国国防参谋长的副手，是英国武装部队的负责人之一。[1]
历史
1964年之前，该职位的头衔为英国代理国防参谋长。[2]1966年至1978年，该职位由一名三星级将领担任。从1978年起，该职位一直由四星级将领担任。英国国防副参谋长此职位始于1964年2月，由英国国防大臣提名，经由国王会同枢密院同意后，由英国首相任命。
