苇羚（学名：Redunca redunca）是一种生活于中非的羚羊，大部份生活于近水的草原。它们的毛皮是红色，在尾部较浅色，而腹部呈白色。雄性有著弯曲向前的角，这对角重约55公斤。
苇羚是小群生活，一群苇羚数量很少，甚至可能是独居。它们位于中非其中一种在日间活跃的动物，但在日间最高温期间它们则会躲到较凉的地方。
