肋膜黏连术（也称胸膜固定术）是一种针对多发性气胸跟肋膜积液的治疗。肋膜黏连术有两种：化学肋膜黏连术和机械肋膜黏连术。化学肋膜黏连术是利用化学物质，来刺激炎症，达到修补肺膜的效果。[1]用来进行化学肋膜黏连术的物质包括滑石[2]、血液、四环素和博来霉素。机械肋膜黏连术不需要化学物，而是粗糙化胸壁，使肺部组织攻击胸壁，使其结疤，来达到修补肺膜的效果。
