美国美式足球联会北区是国家美式橄榄球联盟美国美式足球联会的一个分区，现有四队，分别为巴尔的摩乌鸦、辛辛那提孟加拉虎、克里夫兰布朗、匹兹堡钢人，该比赛区成立于1970年。它的建立作为美式足球联会中央区，在1970年将完成AFL-NFL合并时，两个NFL球队-的的克里夫兰布朗队和匹兹堡钢人从“旧”NFL -移出并且加入前美国橄榄球联盟的球队，为了给两个区域提供相同数量的球队。
