罗伯特·杰弗雷·史坦伯格（英语：Robert Jeffrey Sternberg，1949年12月8日—，又译罗伯特·杰弗雷·史登伯格）美国心理学家，现时发展心理学的权威。他个人及与其他人合作撰写的心理学教科书不单是很多学校指定的教科书，他另外有关创造力及人性发展理论的书籍，亦成为了现时商界开发人力资源的必读参考书。他现时是塔夫茨大学文理学院的院长，之前曾任美国耶鲁大学心理及教育学系的IBM讲座教授。
