简乃杰，CBE（英语：William David Gregg，1912年8月3日—1994年12月31日），英国殖民地教育官员，早年于伯明翰从事教育工作，二战后于1949年加入殖民地教育行列，出任塞舌尔群岛教育署长、1953年转任乌干达助理教育署长、1957年升任副教育署长、1960年转任肯雅教育署长兼教育部常务次官。简乃杰在1964年调往香港接替唐露晓出任教育司兼立法局官守议员，至1969年卸任退休。
