汤玛斯·卡德尔（Thomas Cadell，1742年—1802年） 是十八世纪英国著名的书商。
1765年卡德尔成为书商米勒（Andrew Millar）的学徒，直到1767年米勒去世为止。1769年卡德尔娶了Reverend Thomas Jones的女儿为妻。卡德尔曾出版许多著名的图书，如爱德华·吉本的《罗马帝国衰亡史》、亨利·麦肯齐（Henry Mackenzie）的《风流人物》（The Man of Feeling）。
1797年，珍·奥斯汀的手稿 First Impressions（即后来的《傲慢与偏见》） 交给了卡德尔出版，但被退稿。
1786年1月，卡德尔的妻子死亡。他们育有两个孩子。女儿嫁给 Charles Lucas Eldridge。儿子则继承他的出版事业。
1802年12月27日卡德尔因哮喘发作，死于家中。
