海尔德的卡雷尔（荷兰语：Karel van Gelre，1467年11月9日—1538年6月30日），海尔德公爵，1492年至1538年在位。

海尔德公国在卡雷尔的父亲阿道夫在位期间被勃艮第公爵大胆查理占领。1482年，来自哈布斯堡王朝的菲利普一世作为查理的外孙继承海尔德，直到1492年卡雷尔被海尔德民众立为公爵。1519年卡雷尔和布伦瑞克-吕讷堡公爵海因里希一世的女儿伊莉莎白结婚，两人没有子女。1538年卡雷尔去世，克莱沃的威廉曾短暂成为海尔德公爵，直到1543年将头衔让给神圣罗马皇帝查理五世。
