沈运华（英语：Shum Wan-wa，1984年—），香港民主派人士，前香港黄大仙区议会彩云南选区议员，前粉岭画眉山原居民代表[1]，民主党成员。

政治生涯
从2011年区议会选举起，沈运华就在彩云南选区当选区议员，至今未曾落败。
2019年11月24日，沈运华第3度参与区议会选举，在彩云南选区以3,335票，击败仅得2,414票的民建联江景新，成功连任[2]。
