沈家玉（1994年11月22日—），新加坡女演员、模特儿，身高169公分，出生于新加坡，毕业于维多利亚初级学院、新加坡管理大学。2014年正式出道，参演了多部电视剧，如《梦想程式》和《第一主角》。2019年凭借电视剧《入侵者》荣获新加坡红星大奖“最佳新人”[2]。
