步鑫生（1934年1月—2015年6月6日）[1][2][3][4][5][6]，浙江省海盐县人，中华人民共和国改革开放初期著名企业家，中国人民政治协商会议第六届全国委员会增补委员。其率领企业改革创新的举措曾受到广泛肯定与推广，后因经营危机离开商界。据统计，步鑫生的名字在《人民日报》上的出现频次仅次于雷锋[7]。
