槟城韩江中学 (英语：Han Chiang High School；马来语：Sekolah Menengah Han Chiang) 是马来西亚槟城乔治市一所由华社出资创办的华文独立中学，创办于1950年7月15日。韩江中学曾三度获得由马来西亚教育部颁发的五星级卓越学校奖 (2009年、2012年及2015年)。
