杨准（？—？），字汝平，一字汝则，号安吾，直隶常州府宜兴县人，军籍，明朝政治人物。

生平
应天府乡试第三名举人。嘉靖三十二年（1553年）中式癸丑科二甲第十二名进士[1][2]。工部观政，授户部主事，升员外、郎中，出知衢州府，官至福建布政司左参政，隆庆元年（1567年）正月考察去职。
