梦工厂制片（英语：DreamWorks Pictures）是美国排名前十位的一家电影洗印、制作和发行公司，同时也是一家电视游戏兼电视节目制作公司，制作发行的电影有超过10部票房收入超过一亿美元。

创立人是由三位好莱坞重要人物大卫·葛芬、杰弗瑞·卡森伯格和斯蒂芬·斯皮尔伯格，他们曾雄心壮志的要把它做成好莱坞新亮点，但在2005年12月，三位创立人决定把它卖给维亚康姆，梦工厂也就归到维亚康姆的子公司派拉蒙电影公司旗下。这个交易于2006年完成。
梦工厂的动画部门于2004年独立成为梦工厂动画公司，现在并不属于维亚康姆及派拉蒙电影公司。2011年至2016年电影部份由正金石影业发行，并于2017年起再次交由派拉蒙电影公司发行。2013年至2017年动画部份由福斯影业发行，并于2018年起交由环球影业发行。中国大陆地区于2013–2017年的动画部份则交由东方梦工厂发行。
发展回顾
梦工厂的缩写“SKG”代表的是公司的三个共同创始人，S代表斯蒂芬·斯皮尔伯格（影片监制及Amblin Entertainment的创始人），K代表杰弗瑞·卡森伯格（迪士尼前任主席），而G代表大卫·葛芬（Geffen Records的创始人）。
1999至2001年，梦工厂连续三年都获得奥斯卡最佳电影奖，获奖电影是《美国心玫瑰情》、《神鬼战士》和《美丽境界》（后两部与环球影业合作）。
合作生产电影

在2016年前有8部电影与环球影业联合制作：《晶兵总动员》、《角斗士》、《门当父不对》、《美丽心灵》、《奔腾年代》、《魔法灵猫》。2016年起由于被环球收购故开始全面由环球负责发行。
五部影片与哥伦比亚影片合作：《成名在望》、《发力无边》、《进化特区》、《贱钱眼开》及《艺伎回忆录》，由梦工厂和哥伦比亚在2000年至2005年之间制作和发布。
《艺妓》的美国发行由哥伦比亚负责，国际发行则由梦工厂和布埃纳文图拉分担；至于其馀的影片，由梦工厂在美国发行，并由哥伦比亚在国际上发行。
