松日通讯控股有限公司是香港交易所上市公司高银地产（股票代号0283.HK）的前身，于香港注册成立。松日通讯的主要业务是生产MP3播放器、电脑科技等。松日通讯前身是英皇科技资讯。
2002年，英皇国际以5千多万港元出售英皇科技资讯34.94％股份予松日集团创办人潘苏通。英皇科技资讯在股权易手后，在2002年8月5日改名为“松日通讯”。[1]2008年，松日通讯以8亿港元出售所有电子产品业务，同年11月松日通讯改名“高银地产”。[2][3]
