朴熙英（朝鲜语：박희영／朴熙英 Pak Hee-yeong，1961年5月27日—）是大韩民国的政治人物，现任首尔特别市龙山区区厅长。
在2022年第8次全国同步地方选举中，宣布竞选龙山区市长，2022年5月1日被确认为国民力量候选人，6月1日在地方选举中当选。[1]
2022年10月龙山区梨泰院洞万圣节庆典期间发生的梨泰院踩踏事件引起了人们的关注，不分在野党的责任论也应运而生。最终，2022年11月25日，国民力量中央伦理委员会以违反维护尊严义务为由对朴区厅长启动纪律处分程序。伦理委员会成员一致投票赞成启动纪律程序。[2]
