摩洛哥参议院（英语：House of Councillors，阿拉伯语：مجلس المستشارين [maʒlis al-mustaʃaːriːn]，柏柏尔语：ⴰⵙⵇⵇⵉⵎ ⵏ ⵉⵏⵙⴼⴰⵡⵏ，罗马化：Asqqim n Insfawn，法语：Chambre des conseillers）是摩洛哥议会的上议院，六年一任，由120位议员所组成，当中72位为地区性议席；20位为专业界别的代表；8位代表资方；20位代表劳方[1]。
