拓跋绰（？—293年），中国西晋时期索头部鲜卑族领袖，286年至293年在位，是南北朝时期北魏皇帝的先祖。其父为拓跋力微，拓跋沙漠汗、拓跋悉鹿、拓跋禄官皆为其兄弟。
286年，因其兄悉鹿去世而继位。《魏书·序记》载其“雄武有智略”。293年，鲜卑宇文部首领宇文莫槐为属下所杀，莫槐之弟宇文普拨继立为首领。拓跋绰将女儿嫁给普拨之子宇文丘不勤。同年拓跋绰去世，其侄即沙漠汗之子拓跋弗继立。
