拓跋侩，为拓跋部鲜卑族领袖，北魏追尊的第十二位始祖。在位期间不详，北魏道武帝拓跋珪称帝时，追谥其为威皇帝。
其事迹不详，仅《魏书·序记》记载其名，有研究认为，拓跋珪追尊的早期始祖，单名者大多为杜撰。奚智墓志中自称达奚氏是仆脍可汗的后裔[1]，罗新认为仆脍可汗就是拓跋侩。
