拉罗亚环礁（Raroia），又称拉罗努库环礁（Raro-nuku），是南太平洋法属波利尼西亚的环礁，属于土阿莫土群岛的一部分，位于塔库梅环礁西南6公里，由马凯莫市镇管辖，长43公里、宽14公里，土地面积41平方公里，潟湖面积359平方公里，2022年人口253。
