拉姆达岛（英语：Lambda Island）是南极洲的岛屿，属于帕默群岛中梅尔基奥群岛的一部分，处于德尔塔岛西北面，由让-巴蒂斯特·夏古率领的法国探险队绘入地图和命名，现时由南极条约体系管理。
