彼得二世 (猫)

彼得二世（英语：Peter II）是英国的一只黑猫，它在1946年和1947年间被任命为英国内阁办公厅首席捕鼠大臣^[1][2]。该只年轻小猫的任期非常短，在上任不久的六个月之后^[3]，它在英国内政部外被一辆汽车撞死^[4]；肇事的司机仅支付两先令来安葬彼得二世^[5][6]。
