2012年7月，罗培兹加盟水手。2014年，他因为进行汤米约翰手术导致球季报销。[1]2016年，他在1A拿下7胜1败。
2017年7月20日，水手将罗培兹、Brayan Hernandez、Brandon Miller和Lukas Schiraldi交易到马林鱼，换来大卫·菲尔普斯。[2]该年他一共拿下5胜11败，防御率4.15。[3]
