巴林奥林匹克委员会（英语：Bahrain Olympic Committee；阿拉伯语：اللجنة الأولمبية البحرينية）是巴林的国家奥林匹克委员会。该组织成立于1978年，是国际奥委会和亚洲奥林匹克理事会的成员。1984年，首次派员参加在美国洛杉矶举行的夏季奥运会[1]。由于巴林是回教国家，故该国未有派遣女子运动员参赛。但在2012年伦敦奥运会，巴林奥林匹克委员会首次派出女子运动员参赛，并夺得一面铜牌[2]。
现时，巴林奥林匹克委员会的总部设在麦纳玛，主席是哈立德·本·哈迈德·阿勒哈利法亲王。
