阿瑟·尼古拉斯·温斯顿·索梅斯爵士（Sir Arthur Nicholas Winston Soames，1948年2月12日—）是一位英格兰政治人物，自1983年开始担任英国下议院议员[1]。他是温斯顿·邱吉尔的外孙，曾经担任马卓安政府的武装部队国务大臣与影子内阁国防大臣。原为保守党党员，2019年9月因议会表决时支持从同党首相鲍里斯·强森手中夺回议会议程控制权，因而被开除党籍[2]，但又于10月底获重新接纳为党员。
