尹士昀（朝鲜语：윤사윤／尹士昀 Yun Sa-yun，1409年—1461年），朝鲜王朝政治人物，本贯坡平尹氏，父亲为铃平君尹墦。为贞熹王后的兄长，尹任的曾祖父。

1453年（端宗元年），首阳大君发动癸酉靖难后，被册封为靖难功臣。两年后，晋为靖难佐翼功臣兼工曹判书。后改为宝文馆大提学。爵铃平君。
