宋冕，明朝政治人物、明朝户部尚书。
洪武元年十二月，担任开封府知府[1]。洪武三年十一月，担任户部尚书[2]。洪武四年，改任河南行省参政[3]。同年，因胡惟庸举荐，改任中书省参政[4]。同年六月，改任江西按察司副使[5]。洪武八年三月，再任户部尚书[6]。同年五月，改任陕西行省参政[7]。
