姚明辉（1881年—1961年），字孟项，江苏省嘉定县（今属上海市）人。

专治舆地学，李瑞清特请江苏提学使樊恭煦引荐，任两江师范学堂舆地及国学教习。由于教学得法，最为学生所称道，历任江苏省立第五师范学校校长。著有《汉书艺文志注解》。
