概要
2005年3月20日蕃薯藤与乐多签署合作协议，推出Yam Blog乐多日志。
2006年9月1日蕃薯藤与網絡數碼（Webs-tv）合并后，乐多公司提出停止联名合作，Yam Blog改采天空的系统。在網絡數碼更名为天空传媒之后，推出新品牌“yam天空”，“Yam Blog”亦更名为“yam天空部落”。yam天空部落提供的内容包括网志、日记、无限容量的相簿、影音上传。
2016年8月起宣布实施旧版部落格认证作业，2018年7月6日停止认证[1]。
2018年8月7日，宣布将在同年9月17日停止所有用户编辑部落格的权限，并在10月1日删除天空部落全站所有的档案，形同宣告天空部落将走入历史[2]。
