国际资料加密演算法（英语：International Data Encryption Algorithm，缩写为 IDEA），最早称为改良建议加密标准（Improved Proposed Encryption Standard，IPES），是密码学上一种对称密钥分组密码，由James Massey与来学嘉设计，在1991年首次提出。这个演算法的提出，是为了取代旧有的资料加密标准（DES）。[2]现在IDEA被认为是不安全的加密演算法。
