嘶吼唱腔（Screaming Vocals）是一种演唱技法，常常出现在极端的重金属乐、庞克摇滚[1]、硬摇滚、硬蕊的音乐中，从金属蕊（Metalcore）、死蕊（Deathcore）、后硬蕊（Post-Hardcore）、蛊戮金属（Groove metal）、黑金属到辗核（Grindcore）都有。[2] 然而每个歌手的强度、音高与特色都不太一样，这些嘶吼的唱腔通常伴随快速节奏的音乐，与激进强烈的音乐风格。
