哈特利·索耶（英语：Hartley Sawyer，1985年1月25日—）是美国演员，制片人和编剧。 他在Geek＆Sundry的超级英雄喜剧《Caper》，惊悚片《Kept Man》及CBS日间肥皂剧《The Young and the Restless》等作品闻名，目前于CW电视台绿箭宇宙系列剧集《闪电侠》演出Ralph Dibny / Elongated Man（英语：Elongated Man） 。
