吴瑭（1758年—1836年），字鞠通，江苏淮阴人。清代乾隆、嘉庆时期名医，温病学派重要代表人物之一，对温病学说有重大贡献。

19岁时父亲因病去世，立志学医，师承叶天士。乾隆四十八年（1783年）应朝廷聘请在京负责检校《四库全书》中的医书。乾隆五十八年（1793年）北京大疫，吴鞠通奋力抢救，名声大振。著有《温病条辨》一书。
