卡里饺

卡里饺（乔治亚语：ხინკალი，又译“辛加利”）是格鲁吉亚式饺子^[1][2]，起源于格鲁吉亚山区^[3]，在高加索的不同地区其样式略有差异^[4]。卡里饺的馅料因地区而有不同，大多是肉末加上洋葱、辣椒、盐和孜然。

下锅煮制

与小笼包不同的是，卡里饺一般为水煮后食用，且食用时须手捏其顶部，咬破面皮吸出汤汁后食用，但并不会吃掉顶部^[5]。
