利奥波德·菲力·冯·海斯特（德语：Leopold Philip von Heister，1716年11月19日—1777年11月19日），黑森-卡塞尔公国军官，美国独立战争时期英国的黑森雇佣兵将军。
海斯特生于1707年，后来成为黑森-卡塞尔公国的军官。当英国聘请黑森雇佣兵参与美国独立战争时，海斯特凭著年资，顺势成为黑森士兵的主帅。海斯特曾参与长岛会战及白原战役，但因与威廉·何奥合作有隙，再加上手下于特伦顿战役战败，最后在1777年归国，并于同年病死。
