《伤寒明理论》，共三卷，中国医学著作，金朝成无己著，是《伤寒论》的注解之作。有部份抄本题为严器之作，经考证应该是传抄造成的错误。

它以《伤寒论》为底本，依证症作为分类，整理伤寒论的条文与方剂，再加上自己的心得而写作而成。其中多引《内经》为根据，会通《内经》与《伤寒论》，为后世注解《伤寒论》的先驱。
