黏着小带（Adherens junction/zonula adherens），亦称“中间连接”（intermediate junction），系一种上皮细胞之间的连接结构[1][2]。
结构
该结构多位于闭锁小带下方，环绕上皮细胞顶部。该结构中间有15-20纳米宽的缝隙。一种叫钙粘蛋白的跨膜细胞黏附蛋白质为该结构的核心。钙粘蛋白的细胞内部分与微丝相连，形成终末网（terminal web）结构[3][4][2]。
功能
黏着小带主要发挥黏着作用。另外，此结构亦能维持微纤毛和细胞的形态。该结构还能起到传递细胞收缩张力的作用[2]。
