中山北二路是中华人民共和国上海市虹口区和杨浦区的一条东西走向道路。西至中山北一路与广灵四路相连，东至黄兴路与松花江路相连，全长2993米（一说3800米）。道路上建有上海内环线高架。道路的中山北一路至密云路一段原名为原林路。1992年（一说1993年）重新修建并更名为中山北二路[1][2]。
