生平
江西乡试第三名举人。正德十六年（1521年）中式辛巳科会试第一百四名，登第三甲第七十一名进士[1][2]。授石首县知县，嘉靖四年（1525年）闰十二月选授南京礼科给事中，十一年二月升湖广布政使司右参议。
