S180 (全称CCRF S-180 II) 是小鼠肉瘤细胞系[1] ，细胞表面没有标记性蛋白质主要组织相容性复合体。由于S180细胞能够在小鼠中的快速生长和增殖，所以已被广泛应用于癌症研究[2]。该细胞系最初是从瑞士小鼠的软组织肿瘤中分离出来的[3]。
